Introduction:

This machine is used to print colorful patterns, characters and trademarks, etc. on plastic cups or bowls. It is kind of relief and offset printing and can print 1 to 6 colors at a time. The machine is widely used in printing plastic containers for drinks, yoghurt, inc-creams and so on, and the patterns are very clear. Generally, it is featured by compact structure, low noise, high efficiency and environmental friendliness. There are altogether 6 ink systems in the machine. If the product is only 4 colors, then 2 ink systems can be stopped manually so as to extend the service life of the machine.

The pressure of the rider roller can be adjusted conveniently so as to control the supply of the ink.
The installation of the printing plate relies on the positioning spring, which strains automatically, ensuring easy operation and precise chromatograph.

Cup delivery is auto operation: UV drying, automatic cup counting and stacking, safe and reliable.
