The LPC-120 servo web guiding system is a high-performance automatic web guiding system that supports EPC and edge LPC follow-up, CPC alignment, SPC misalignment 
(snake) and other correction methods. The system adopts high-speed 32-bit CPU, no over-adjusted integral variable PI adjustment algorithm, DC servo motor drive, high 
precision of web guiding and fast response.

2. The pusher is equipped with an encoder and an absolute linear position feedback device, It adapts to different mechanical strokes without the need of a travel limit switch,

4. Support ultrasonic sensors, photoelectric sensors, CCD sensors.

5. The DC servo motor pushes the ball screw with high precision, low noise and maintenance-free.

6. The driving speed is up to 40mm/s, the thrust is >=100Kg~800kg, and the weight can be pushed up to 1~8 tons.

7. With 3 high-speed analog inputs, it can connect two analog sensors and one external control analog (such as fine-tuning position, serpentine speed, etc.)
