Chevron Conveyor Belt with Close/Open V Type,Y Type,carcass made by nylon or polyester,are used for conveying powdered,lumped and materials packaged in bags.

Product Feature

The v-shape of the chevron cleats prevents the materials from sliding back,the salient features of the belt are:
Special rubber chevron conveyor belt
can convey loose materials at angle of 17 to 18° and bagged materials at 30 to 35°
Cleat angle and pitch are designed for smooth travel over return idlers 
Cleats and the top cover rubber are valcanized integrally.
The belt is fitted with integrally vulcanized cleats which prevent the materials from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt.
