Casting copper electrical heater is fit for high temperature heating, and the surface load can reach 5-8W/CM2.  Meanwhile, it has good thermal conductivity and uniform heating, and the process structures is similar to casting aluminum electrical heater.

Instructions for use:

1 Operation voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated working voltage ;

2 The wire position should be between heating layer and insulation layer, the outer shell should be effectively grounded;

3 Components should be put in dry place, if the long-term placement, insulation resistance is lower than 1M Ω, you can bake it for 5-6 hours in 200 ℃ oven , then it can return to normal.
