This machine use the coil is concentric arrangement layout along the rotating bobbins.so bobbins centrifugal and bobbins support and wire tension is reduce. And another stranding body also samll and making machine’s speed higher. in this machine have not use bobbins. So machine is rewinding copper wire or aluminum wire to bobbins.nearly machine body have some coiling pay off stand. This coiling pay off could according to customer require and make it. In double bobbins, loading wire and stranding wire both running. In single bobbins,loading wire and stranding wire alternating running.

all of stranding bobbins speed reach to 500rpm. This speed is rigid frame stranding machine four times.
