PD206 Water Pressure Gauge Digital 

PD206 is one digital pressure gauge for general industrial use. It's widely used in chemical engineering, gas and petroleum transit, water treatment, etc.

It's characterized by:

1. 5-digit LCD Display

5-digit LCD display, letter height 18mm, is employed in our pressure gauges. It’s easy to read.

2. Precision Accuracy of +/-0.25%FS

It’s of precision accuracy of 0.25%FS. Take a gauge with measuring range of 0~400bar for example, its error value is lower than 1bar.

3. Wide Measuring Range and Flexible Connection Thread upon Customers’ Demands

We do measuring range within 0~800bar. The lowest range available is 0~10kpa. And negative pressure measurement (slightly lower than its accuracy) is also available at request, say -1~+60bar.

We provide common connection thread like 1/4”NPT, 1/2”NPT, G1/2”, G1/4”, 1/4BSP, 1/2BSP, etc.

4. High Resolution

The resolution, also known as the minimal reading, which depends on its measuring range, is high. Take 0~800bar for example, it can read 0.001bar at minimal.

5. Stainless Steel Case with Medium Diameter 80mm and Ingress Protection IP65

The case is of stainless steel material (SUS304). Diameter is DN80mm, a medium size. Its ingression protection is IP65. It’s totally protected against dust and protected against low pressure jets of water from all directions.

6. Multi Units and Easy Transfer among Them

Our gauge can read in Mpa, Kpa, bar, psi, kg/cm^2 and mbar. And users can transfer the units between one and another easily by pressing the button [P/UNIT ZERO]. With one gauge you can realize measurement in multi units used in different regions.

7. Flexible Sampling Time

The sampling time is flexible. Say, customers can set it to 10 or 20 seconds if they do not have to check the value frequently. The gauge can read 3 values per second at most.

8. Maximum and Minimum Value Checking

It records the maximum and minimum value. Users can check and switch between them quickly by pressing the button [MIN/MAX]. They can clear the history max/min value and make the gauge record the latest / new one again. The pictures show the maximum value. For minimum value please see following

9. Auto off Function

The gauge will be auto off after a certain period without operation. And users can set their desired auto-off time: say 5 minutes, 10 minutes. This saves battery power when not used.

Users can also set the gauge to always on. Thus, users can see the value at any time.

10. Backlight Function upon Request

We provide gauges with backlight function upon customer’s request. Thus, users could see the readings in dark environment. And they can turn off backlight function to save power in bright environment.

11. Zero Adjustment

Zero adjustment is available for users to have a more precise reading.

12. Long Battery Life and Easy to Replace Batteries

It’s of 4pcs AAA batteries. We are using high quality batteries. The battery life is 800 hours with sampling time of 10 seconds. And it’s easy to replace the batteries in low batteries.

Packaging & Shipping

We offer reliable packing for each of our orders, big or small.

For each gauge, we pack it with a plastic bag to protect its front panel face from scratching. Seen following:

Normally, 1 piece of gauge is packed in a carton size 15cm*10cm*5cm. Every 10 cartons are packed in a big box size 25cm*20cm*15cm. For orders over 20 pieces, another big box size 50*36*50cm will be employed.
