PFA/FEP lined Ball Valve (FK/FKP series)

Ball Valves lined with PFA or FEP provide trouble free service in acid environments, they are commonly used in pulp and paper operations,

Chlorine water, Chlorine dioxide, Sodium hypochlorite and sulphuric services.

• Nominal Diameter(mm/in): DN25-DN100(1inch~4inch)
• Operation Pressure: -0.1MPa~1.6MPa;
• Working Temperature: -10°C~180°C;
• Lining: temperature ≤120°C, choose FEP for Body and Bonnet;

               temperature 120°C~180°C, choose PFA for Body and Bonnet;  

• Shell and Nodular cast ion: QT400-15, compliy with standard of GB/T12227;
• Installation and connection dimension: The structure length complies w ith the length standard through negotiable selection in appendix A.5.3 0f HG/T3704. The flange connection dimension complies with  ISO7005-2 and  PN16 standards.  Besides, ANSI and BS standards are available by requirements.
