1050EF automatic heated platen stripping die cutting machine,except the full function of the 1050ES automatic platen stripping & die cutting machine,is also with the heating element. 

The machine is a professional equipment which professional platen,creasing,die cutting equipment all kinds of plastic materials,such as PVC,PP,PET. 

The feeder suction and conveyor ESD system can transport the plastic sheet smoothly. It adopts to import heated galvanic and temperature control system,which could adjust 12 stages independently,and it also could ensure the temperature stability,so that it could solve the white edge of die cutting plastic material and burr phenomenon.Therefore,it could achieve the excellence appearance after die cutting.

1) Feeder

The high-soeed feeder is made of lightweight aluminum alloy with anode treatment on the surface.The forward,backward,high and low positions can be adjusted according to the stock:for smooth feeding of thin paper,arge gram cardboard,corrugated paper,ect.

2) Ponching Section

The driving gear ensures high speed of die cutting together.The pneumatic locking mechanism and air clutch are fast and stable.The die cutting frame can prevent the die from droopingor separating effectively.

3) Stripping

l A triple-interlocked-piece waste removal unit that enables effective removal of various types of waste through harmonious and precise operation.
