The SJ101 is fluorine base type agglomerated flux (B=1.8). Its appearance is light grey with circular particles and grain size 2.0-0.45mm (10-40mesh). Loose ratio is about 1.25g/cm3. It has excellent welding performance with stable arc. AC and DC both can be used. With good weld appearance, slag, strong anti-pores, metallurgical flux into neutral, and without increasing Si and Mg, weld metal has higher low-temperature impact toughness.
