Pipe End Cutback Machine

This device is used to remove pipe-end coating layer(2 sets of double head for both pipe end),  and then form a groove whose angle is below 30°, in order to joint easily.
     It can be devided into single head and double head according to structure.
     It can be devided into bag-type and filter catridge type according to dust removal pattern.

1. Single head type

      Its capacity is 10-25 pipes/h. Controlled by the PLC, assisted by theoptoelectronic switch, the machine gains the function of automatically grinding. This machine is widely used because of its low cost despite its not well dedusting effects.

2. Double head type

      Double head type is developed on the basis of foreign advanced technology. It is used to wipe out the coating on each end of the pipe, and to form a groove with 30 °or below on the coating surface, so that it is easy to joint on the site.
