HSS Hole Saw

 

Features include:

· The reasonable gradient dentation which designed on the basis of the principle of metal-cutting facilitates the operation.

· Please operate steadily and avoid banging to prolong its service life, please properly control the rotating speed as follows:. If no more than45mm,<450/min;46-80mm<200r/min; if more than 81mm,accordingly make it slower and add some coolant during the course of drilling while necessary.

· Special M-3 HSS cutting teeth.

·  4/6 T.P.I. variable tooth pitch achieves easy but fast cutting with less efforts; less vibration, less noise and increase life span.

·  Tip teeth hardened for cutting any usual materials with a high wear resistance.

·  Hole saw and arbor in two parts, so hole saws of different diameters can be exchanged and fitted more rapidly.
