The hard alloy saw blade is a kind of high speed cutting tool. It is widely used in processing wood, artificial fibreboard,
artificial marble, aluminium, plastic steel, plastics and organic glass etc. And the exceed paper kind can be used in
processing high quality wood and repairing lawn and bush. The saw blade has the excellent cutting function. It makes
the processed material looking shinny, no-bristle and no gap and so on. The main body of the saw blade is made of high
quality spring steel (65Mn). It is steely and elastic.
The tip of tooth is set by tungsten carbide alloy. It makes the saw blade sharp and last. So it is fit for cutting sorts of
soft and hard materials.
DIAMOND SAW BLADE
A diamond circular blade is composed of the blank and the diamond segments. The segments are separated
by slots of the steel base. These slots assist in cooling the blade during sawing by allowing water (wet cutting)
or air (dry cutting) to flow among the segments.
The segments or rims are a mixture of diamond powder and metal powder. The diamond powder is man-made and
has many brands as well as grades. Usually, we first mix diamond powder and metal powder by
some way and then sinter the mixture . During the process the metal power and diamond powder are compressed at
very high temperature and pressure to obtain the segments, which contains the diamond grain.
Segmented Saw Blade
Segment type is ideal where water is not available or desired. The disc will run to generate airflow, which help to
remove cuttings and promote colling. Suitable for cuttingmarble, granite, beton, general construction materials, etc.

The circular saw is a machine using a toothed metal cutting disc or blade. The term is also loosely
used for the blade itself. The blade is a tool for cutting wood or other materials and may be hand-held
or table-mounted. It can also be used to make narrow slots (dados). Most of these saws are designed
with a blade to cut wood but may also be equipped with a blade designed to cut masonry, plastic, or
metal. There are also purpose-made circular saws specially designed for particular materials. While today
circular saws are almost exclusively powered by electricity, larger ones, such as those in "saw mills",
were traditionally powered by water turning a large wheel.

Diamond circular saw blades are the most universal diamond tools and suitable for cuttingmarble, granite, concrete,
construction, asphalt, glass, tile, fire resistance material, etc. According to the difference of integrating method,
usually we classify them as sintered, silver brazed, laser welded and tuck point blade (according to the usage).
1.The common reinforced cutting wheels can be used of cutting or grooving of many
different kinds of steel pipes, angle steel, channel steel and round steel.
They are no doubt the indispensable tools for mechanical processing.
2.Reinforced cutting wheels are special cutting tools which can cut 18-32mm “V” high
manganese steel and other harder section steels, showing high efficiency and reliability.
