Three, the use of methods:

A dry battery: connect the seven dry cell batteries into the battery boxsections.

Check the instrument: use the left needle short (on hand or metal) press the range switch I, then the following a luminous tube should be light. Open circuit (no conductive objects around the wire connection) press measuring switch, then the luminous tube should not light, if can meet the above requirements that the normal instrument, can be tested.

The following several cases when reading attention when measuring.

Press the range of I switch, if the display no light, the reading below 7%, if the display only the following a light emitting diodes, that reading is higher than or equal to 15%, should be replaced by I I switch, and then reading.

Press the range I I switch, if the display no light, the reading below 16%,should be replaced by the I switch to reading, if the display only thefollowing a light emitting diodes, that reading is higher than or equal to 35%.

Press the range I switch or range of I I switch, if the display of two adjacentlight emitting tube is light, is reading desirable two the average of the readings, can also according to different brightness, reading a sliding scale.

Replace the battery: if the above check is not up to the requirements, ordisplay lighting dim, you should replace the new battery.

Four, repair and maintenance

1, the instrument is in the high impedance instrument, each place should have good insulation, use the save to pay attention to moisture and dust,keep clean and dry, so as not to affect the accuracy of measurement.

2, light emitting diodes working current is about 5mA, the dry battery only intermittent discharge, so usually don't long time press the range switch,only when the inspection or measurement readings only short time press the can, can save electricity.

2, instrument storage place should be clean, the environment temperature is 0 ~ 40 ℃, relative humidity is less than 85%, if not used for a long time, toremove the battery from the box.
