2,Characteristics:

ABS Filament and PLA Filament is commonly used in 3D printing, has the following characteristics:    

(1) High strength, high stiffness, good toughness;    

(2) Density is small, when printing larger volume model lighter, save money;    

(3) Cost-effective, can be processed in wide range temperature;  

(4) 1 kg /plastic spool packaging, can be automatic feed;

(5) To be applied to a variety of 3D printer, Makerbot, RepRap, Cubify, Mendel, Huxley UP, Thing-o-matic, Leapfrog, Solidoole, Ultimaker series etc.

(7) No block nozzle, good stick hot bed

(8) Low shrinkage, thermoforming dimensional stability

ABS resins is one of the five main synthetic resin. It contains good impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance,chemicals resistance & electrical performance. It is easily to be processed, colored, sprayed. The raft can be removed.

Normal water absorption enables low requirement to storage. The application is wide. It’s suitable for printing industrial parts, electronic products shell and DIY parts.
