Webster Hardness tester is a kind of hardness testing machine which is specialized in testing the hardness of the aluminum alloy on site rapidly.

It pressed a certain shape of hard steel pressure needle into the surface of the sample. The webster hardness of the material can be read directly according to indentation depth and the hardness values can be converted into other types of hardness values which includes Vickers, Rockwell and Brinell.

Different models of instruments can be made when Webster hardness testing equipment applies different sizes of pressure needles and different testing force. All of these models can be applied in aluminum, brass tube, copper tube and stainless steel strip or cold-rolled strip and other materials.

In addition, Webster Hardness testing machine is also suitable to test the material with two parallel surfaces such as tubes, plates and profiles, the maximum thickness of the material can reach 13mm.
