Dissolve test (1:10 in methylbenzene): No insoluble matters

Solubility: It dissolves in ethanol、isopropoxide、benzene、methylbenzene、chloroform and carbon oxide. It can absorb the moisture easily and resolve to aluminum hydroxide and isopropoxide when reacting with water.

 

Third, Usage

• The product is one of the raw materials for  medical intermediates like isophytol、testosterone、16-17A-Epoxyprogesterone、progesterone、androstenedione、ethisterone and aluminate coupling agent.
• Used as material of ink thickener- Fatty Acid Al-O six ring compounds AOC18, and used as active catalyst and carrier. 
• Used as reducing agent、dehydrating agent and waterproofing agent.
