The inoculant is some kind of ferrosilicon-based composite material. Its alloying elements and granularity are all designed and controlled strictly, which can effectively reduce the degree of cold, restrain the formation of carbide and slower the failure time. It has little sensitivity on the size of the castings and has good equality of inoculation effect.
