2. Producing process:       

    Technological Process:

    Forging+ Rough Machining+Quenched & Tempered+Finishing machining+ 

     Surface Quenched and Accurate Grinding.

 

3. Chemical composition according to GB/T3077-1999;

    Composition deviation according to GB/T222-2006.

 

4. Heat treatment requirements:

    Quenched and Tempered Hardness: HB270-10

    Surface Quenched Hardness: HRC45-50

 

5. UT: according to grade C/C of SEP 1921-84

 

6. Each product can be traceable. QC diestamp the exclusive serial No. on both ends of the raw material,

 and perform inspection after each producing processing and keep the record acc. to QMS.

 

7. We are manufactory and we have skilled production team and technology team.

 

8. We do professional inspection after each process and also we accept third party inspection.

 

 

9. The physical properties are guaranteed one inch below the surface at normal temperature.
