Process of AAC Plant:

• The process involves wet mixing of fly ash and water.
• The mixture is then churned over time to a required density.
• The mixture is fed with lime, gypsum, and cement and aluminum powder in a complex mixing process.
• The mixture is then put in a mould where it comes in contact with the accelerating agent to swell up.
• The swelled mixture is dried and cut to desired sized blocks.
• The entire blocks on trolleys are baked in the autoclave and the blocks are ready.
