Huayin pyrolysis plant developing history:

In 1993, Huayin Chairman Mr. Guo started to invented the first generation pyrolysis plant with the vertical design to dispose waste plastic.
In 1997, Mr. Guo developed the second generation pyrolysis machine with horizontal design to recycle waste tyre and waste plastic.
In 2000, Huayin R&D team invented the third generation pyrolysis machine with round feeding door and hydraulic auto-feeder thus make the operation easier.
In 2004, Huayin group invented the fourth generation pyrolysis plant with double round feeding door, the condensing system adopts cooling pipes and vertical condensers working together to improve oil yield.
In 2005, huayin company sold the first tyre/plastic pyrolysis machine to India.
In 2008, we sold the first machine to Europe and open the door to the European market.
In 2010, the first huayin pyrolysis plant was installed in Africa.
In 2012, Huayin invented the fifth generation pyrolysis machine with horizontal condensers that improves the oil yield on a large extent.
In 2014, We has put out our sixth generation pyrolysis machine.

Plant features

1、Blast protection system
Our waste tire oil refining equipment include oil-water separator, negative pressure device, anti-back fire device which can prevent the flammable gas which is from furnace go back to the furnace. There are two auto-safety valves in the reactor to ensure it runs in normal pressure.
2、Acid-base neutralization SO2 removal
Our dust and sulfur removal system according to acid-base neutralization to remove the dust and SO2 which is from heating system to protect the environment.
3、Recovering the exhaust flammable gas for fuel
The anti-back fire device can recycle the exhaust flammable gas to the furnace for fuel. It can save much fuel for you.
4、Recovering the exhaust flammable gas for fuel
The exhaust flammable gas ( methane, ethane, propane, hydrogen etc) recycling system, can recycled the gas back into the furnace to heat reactor. Fuel is also a cost for customers, this system can save customers ‘cost at same time we protect our environment
5、Recycled water cooling system
All of water for cooling system is recycled, so it ensure that the cooling system have stable low temperature. So the oil gas can be liquefied sufficiently.
