The tumble blast machines with rubber belt conveyor are employed for the surface treatment of batches of parts, loaded manually or automatically by means of a hydraulic skip loader. 

The belt conveyor is made of wear-proof rubber. Its rotation makes the parts tumbling, and by this movement the whole surfaces of the parts are exposed to the shots thrown by the turbines. 

The offloading of the parts is obtained by the rotation of the belt conveyor in the opposite sense. Parts can fall directly into the empty container or through an offloading belt or vibrating conveyor. 

 

The loading capacity can vary from 35 to 1500 litres and/or from 45 to 1000 Kilos in weight. 

 

The machine does not require a pit, and is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.

Application:

Q32 tumble shot blasting machine is used for surface contaminant removal or strengthening treatment of each kind of small and medium castings, forgings and workpieces. A single shot blasting machine can be used independently. In addition, several units can be used in combination with continuous conveyor and other auxiliary equipment, forming a whole cleaning line.

Advantage:

Q32 tumble shot blasting machine offers reasonable structure, low energy consumption and high efficiency. The blast chamber is equipped with wear protection plate on the inner wall to avoid punctures due to shots at a high velocity. The rubber belt conveyor allows easy tumbling of workpieces and has many shot leakage holes for the cycle of balls. 

Blasting wheel description:

QY360 blast wheel used in our blasting equipment is an efficient product made using technology from Japan. The wheel blades are durable, easy to assemble and disassemble. The special shot distributor design contributes to low power consumption and high shot flow rate. To provide a better work environment for operators, our tumble shot blasting machine adopts double dedusting. Large particles will settle first based on the inertia principle, and others will be filtered by the bag type dust collector, which greatly improves the dedusting efficiency.

Rubber belt

Rubber belt adopt no-joint type.It is vulcanized by good wear-resistance rubber and multilayer strengthening cloth. It carriers workpiece and working by rolling.There are many rubber edges in the rubber to make workpiece roll easily and leakage holes in it will make steel shots circulate. The tight shaft can adjust tight force of the belt and misplace phenomenon.
