Description (characteristic):Bakelite powder is a kind of thermosetting resin, based on phenolic formaldehyde resin or its modified resin, being added with wood powder and other addictives. Bakelite powder is often featured withhigh mechanical strength, very low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability, great electrical insulation , high resistance to most chemicals, excellent temperature resistance, excellent creep resistance, which can be optimized by postcure, and very low expansion coefficient.

Application:

1.Suitable for making kitchenware ,handles, such as the handle of pan , slice , buttons, cover of bottle, toy, and other daily necessities or mechanic parts etc.

2. A kind of enhanced electric leakage resistance, can be used to make electronic insulating parts and components, such as switches, low-voltage appliance, dash- board, etc.

3.Used in automobile industry, such as impeller and other fields

including grinding wheel and aviation supplies.
