Description

8956 (HT-956) high performance polyurethane adhesive sealant is one component, black, high strength, high viciosity, low odor polyurethane adhesion. After cured, the sealant is elastomer, bearing good properties to resist cold and hot changes as well as stress changes. This sealant excellent in high strength and aging resistance, heating construction.

Where to use

Adhesive sealings for automotive original glass, widely used in cars, buses, High-speed trains and other large windshield.

Application

Surface preparation：Clean all dirty, dust, loose particles by steel brush and clean all oily things with cleaning agent. All former adhesive must be cleaned out by scraping, paring, friction, jet of strong air or suitable ways. Make sure the surface be clean, free of dust and grease
Priming：Need to used cooperated with Huitian’s activator 8902 and primer 8906. The general dry time of primer is 10-30 minutes. It all depended on the practical temperature.
Cured：The environment temperature and humidity will have great effect on the tack free time and curing of polyurethane. Low temperature causes slow curing; high humidity causes too fast tack free time. The best operating environment conditions as follows: the temperature 20 ~ 30 ℃, humidity 50 ~ 70% RH; please careful construction, if over this range. In the process of sealing and curing, avoid contacting with hydroxyl, amino and other chemical thins which will impact the curing of polyurethane.

Handling Precautions

Not contact sealant with food or cosmetics;
Not contact skin for long time about uncured sealant;
Rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical check if sealant drops into eyes;
Not put sealant out of children
