1). Feeder section:

• Automatic feeder with non-stop system.

• Pallet & cart direct load

• 8 lift-up and 8 delivery suckers,designed to handle a wide range of materials from paper to corrugated board. They guarantee the accuracy,reliability and smoothness of paper feeding.

2).Conveying positioning system

The slope conveying section design ensures paper transport precise positioning and high-speed stability. Using side pull and push positioning device to conveniently process the different thickness paper, switching operation simple and easy.

3).Die-cutting section

Full set pneumatic clutch of main machine is imported from Germany. The core parts(crankshaft, worm, worm gear)of this section use imported high quality alloy steel, through deep precision grinding and processing, accurate and durable. Original imported automatic pump oil circulation cooling device to ensure the stability during long-time high-speed operation, improve the pressure diffference of the machine when cooling and heating the machine, effectively reduce the rejection rate. Good quality imported aviation hard aluminum gripper bar, splitter, drive chain components, endure high precision and low noise. Cutting board framework integrated molding, high-strength and high-precision. Cutting frame adopts automatic pnaumatic lock system, operation safe and easy.

Three association frames waste removal device fit to various cutting types, precise and powerful. Double-layer drawer type of the upper and lower waste removal mould is easy to load & unload, operation simple.

5).Delivery section

Standard non-stop delivery station. Simple and convenient paper collecting mechanism. Brush stabilizer, flat nozzle and pressing device ensure paper smooth and without deformation. Standard automatic note makring device for count.
