Expanded Metal Mesh Machine
 
Our factory produce many kinds of expanded metal mesh machine which is used for punching shear the cold crimped engine bed with the thickness of 1.2-1.5mm2 the width of 2000mm material strength of 450N/mm,the specifications of punching shear are su~eyed by the bit of TB5-20 mesh grid plate.

This machine can be separated two kinds which are stretch net and perforated metal. We can also call it fence stretch net machine and shaped punching hole net machine.It can expand many kinds of Stainless steel and iron plate. 
The machine is in high speed with satisfied expanded mesh. The shearing force of the expander is related to the thickness of the materials as well as the LWD(long way of mesh distance).
Considering the same thickness of the raw materials, the shearing force will increase with the decreased LWD.
 
Usage:
The finished products of this machine can be used in construction, hardware, door and windows and lathes. Some products with surfacing processed can be wildly used in decoration of the building or house.
