Working principle of briquette/pellets mesh belt dryer:

1. The charcoal materials to be processed are distributed on the dryer by the appropriate feed mechanism such as star-shaped hopper, the swinging belt, mill or granulator.

2. The mesh belt via channels which is composed of one or several heating unit, each of heating unit is equipped with air heating and circulation system, each channel has one or several wet system.

 3. In the process of dryer running, the hot air from the top to down or from the bottom to up through materials which are on the conveyor belt to make charcoal uniformly dried.
