Ceramic multi-cyclone dust collector  structure  :

Ceramic multiple- tube dust collector consists of several parallel ceramic units(also knows as the ceramics of cyclone).It can be general ceramic cyclone unit or dc type cyclone unit, these units are grouped together in a box. The box has air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, ash bucket. The ash discharging form can be manual and automatic.

The guide, cyclone tube, discharge pipe of dust collector are made up of high quality ceramic material. This material is more wear resistance than cast iron pipe, the surface more smooth and also resistant acid and alkali. 

Ceramic multi-cyclone dust collector  working principle :

This dust collector is with wind type dust collector, When dust gas enter into the dust collector, it will go through the guide and then make high speed rotation in the cyclone tube. Under the action of centrifugal force, dust and gas will be separated. The dust landed in dust collection box and get out from the ash discharge valve. Purfied gas forms rising hydrocyclone, through the exhaust pipe and collect in the plenum chamber. At last, the gas discharge from chimney.
