Instruction for use:

• When thawed keep chilled at below -4°C or 38 °F.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.
• Thaw under refrigeration, remove from vacuum package before thawing.
• Use immediately after thawing. 

Finished – End Spec:

• Fresh red colour / natural (even colour or light red to pink colour).
• Rainbow below 50%, smooth surface, straight cutting and natural shape.
• Natural flavour (no excessive CO taste), no indication histamine (itchy taste).
