Ⅰ.application

The walk furnace is mainly used to heat ballite, plate, quadrate plate and steel pipe before they would be rolled.

Ⅱ.Description

The walk furnace can continually heat steel and provide the heat steel product for rolling mill according to the heat treatment demand of rolling process.The furnace was provided special designed equipment for discharge or charge.The hydraulic system provide the press to drive walk equipment.The burners are fixed on the side of furnace to heat the steel.

Ⅲ.Technical feature

Adopt the burner to heat, there are high efficiency burner or regenerator burner.

The automatic control system of the combustion adopts proportionally adjust according to the air and gas or numeric impulse way.

Adopt multiplex refractory material to construct furnace wall or wholly use fire-resistance fiber to construct the furnace wall.

High efficiency recuperator

The automatic system adjusts the furnace temperature according the demand of the progress.

The automatic control system on the computer traced the whole process of the heating material according to the data from local meter.
