The aluminum titanate has higher melting point(1860°C±10°C),lower thermal expansion coefficient(RT—1000°C,α<2.0×10-6/°C) and excellent heat-shock resistance .Besides,the aluminum titanate don’t infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt.Therefore aluminum titanate can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance,heat-shock resistance and corrision resistance.
