Manufacturing XH1Q Hot  Coal Gasifier

Our coal gasifier is characterized by high capacity, complete gasification and better coal adaptability, high gas calorific value, easy operation and strong safety performance. It is widely used in many industries.

Structure characteristics：

Body structure: Wholly water-jacketed structure, self-produced steam with a pressure of 49Kpa (or 294Kpa）which can be used as gasifying agent.

Coal feeding mechanism (with hydraulic control): Automatic coal feeding device of multi-type structures such as double bell jar, upper flashboard and lower bell jar., upper roller, middle flashboard and lower bell jar and upper roller with double bell jar are optional, but double bell jar type can only be chosen if manual coal feeding devices is used. Such structures are characterized by easy operation, convenient maintenance and good gas tightness.

De-slagging mechanism: Wet slag removal from both sides is made by ratchet wheel & detent of worm wheel & worm with hydraulic drive.

Technical Process of Hot Gasification Equipment

Single-section gas producer has full water jacket structure of continuous gas production, and the air from a blower and 0.294MPa steam mixed saturated air produced by the furnace as the gasification agent enter the gas furnace through the bottom of the gas furnace via a check valve; lump coal has the particle size of 25~50mm or 50~100mm through crushing and screening and is added to the gas furnace by a coaling device through a coal lifting device; the gas produced in the gas furnace is dedusted by a gravitate dust filter and a cyclone dust collector and delivered to users through a gas conduit.
