Product Specification/Models
We hold experienced QCP successfully executed for quality controlling for many years. It's a honor that we are ability to guarantee the foundry quality against so large steel casting. It's very important for us to decrease the cost and short the delivery date in subsequent processing. The materials of mill head are normally selected low carbon steel and low alloy steel. We're good at refining on all key processes, including chemical elements controlling in foundry and subsequent heat treatment. Thus we have the ability to keep the material meet the maximum potential perfermance. Inspection: NDE/NDT according to ASTM and ISO standard, including UT, MPI and TPI (Third party Inspection). We are cooperating with Brazil and Canadian customers in Ball mill head/cap.
