Properities:

Melamine is non-toxic and odorless crystalline powder,which can dissolve in glycine, pyridine, heat ethylene glycol, acetic acid and for maldehyde. It is difficult soluble in te ether, benzene and tetrachloromethane. It will sublimate when heated, heated slongly it will decomposite.

 

Application:

Melamine is a kind of prganic chemical with even texture, the most important application of it is as raw material to produce amino resin(MF). The amino resin, with characters of water resistance, fire retar-dant, good glossiness and high mechanical strength, is widely used in wood working, plastic, painting, paper marking, texitile, leather and electrical industries.
