YHZS（D）SERIES MOBILE CONCRETE MIXING PLANT INTRODUCTION

USE：YHZS（D）series mobile concrete mixing plant is mainly used for

road paving concrete,roadbed concrete,road rolling concrete and prefabricated concrete in highway,city road and airfield relevant constructions.

FEATURE:With compact structure,the plant combine various functions of aggregate loading,weighing,mixing into a trailer unit; and easy operation of human-machine interface,reliable working function,suitable for various harsh environment;the whole design meets the requirements of environmental protection;excellent mobility;use once(twice) horizontal mixer,storng continuous working ability,uniform and fast mixing ,high yield and applicable to construction projects of higher concrete demand.

EQUIPMENT COMPOSING：

1、Aggregate and batcher supplying system:aggregate bin,opening device,aggregate measuring system,aggregate conveying system;

2、Cement supplying system：screw conveyor,cement weighing hopper,cement weighing device;

3、Water and admixture supplying system:water tank,water supplying

Pump,water pump of raising pressure,water weighing device,water spraying  apparatus.

4、Mixing system:motor,decelerator, single (double) horizontal mixer;

5、Control system: air-conditioned control room,industry computer,control cabinet,indicating meter,distributor,operating platform.

TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS：

1、Aggregate weighing:packing the needed aggregates into each dicharging hopper respectively by loading machine,then open various aggregate hoppers’ opening device in order,the aggregates will fall into aggregate weighing hoppes.All kinds of aggregates are weighted seperately in proportional weight.Each kind of aggregate weighing will be deducted according to the first kind of aggregate’s dosage error,and the weighted aggregates are conveyed to loading belt conveyor by belt conveyor under weighing hopper,and then conveyed into mixer to mix.

2、Cement weighing:the needed cement and other cement are delivered to vertical cement silo by cement transport car or other transport device,then open the vertical cement silo’s discharging butterfly valve.The cement will fall into screw conveyor and then to be conveyed to cement weighing hopper to weight.The cement weighing will be deducted according to the first kind of aggregate’dosage error,the weighed cement are conveyed to  mixer to mix by opening butterfly valve under cement weighing hopper’s air cylinder.

3、Water and admixture weighing：the needed water is taken out intowater weighing tank to weight from the pool by diving pump  and the needed admixture is taken into admixture weighing tank to weight from admixture tank by self-priming pump,after weighing,put them into water weighing tank.Finally,take them out from self-priming pump and spray them into mixer by water spraying apparatus.

4、Mixing:aggregate,cement,water and admixture are thrown into the mixer according the fixed time.Under the mixing of one(two) reverse shafts’once(twice) spiral  mixing paddle,and the effort of paddles circumference,longitude and shaft,the materials create extrusion,rub,shear,convection.Thus they carry on violent and force mixing.When the mixing time is due,the opening device’s air cylinder open the door and the paddles will push the mixed concrete to the transport car which is under the mixer.After pushing ,the door is closed and turn to the next mixing circulation,and the mixed materials will be delivered to the constructing site.
