HUALONG LWS-300 is specially designed to test bend-resistance performance of reinforced rolling steel bars, building steel reinforcements and steel pipes which completely meet the requirements of ASTM A615 A615M, ISO 7438, GB 232 and other international and national specifications.
The machine consists essentially of a hydraulic power pack with cylindrical mandrel-stem, mounted vertically within a strong steel frame which also carries two fixed reaction rollers. Two 80 mm dia. rollers are supplied; 
Two contrasting rollers are fitted on the beam. They may easily be adjusted in distance to be in accordance with the Standards concerning bars having diameter between 5mm and 40 mm or 5mm and 50 mm.
