Applications:

Accelerator AS100 is diisopropyl xanthogen polysulphide, the structure of which is completely free from nitrogen, phosphorus and metallic elements.

Accelerator AS100 is a FDA approved accelerator for use in NR, synthetic polyisoprene and NBR where formation of N-Nitrosamines and Type IV allergens from conventional accelerators are of prime concern. The vulcanisates obtained with AS100 are transparent and free from copper staining.

Accelerator AS100 is recommended for use as a primary and secondary accelerator in the presence of low levels of sulphur. It also acts as a sulphur donor.

Accelerator AS100 synergises most effectively with other accelerators particularly TBzTD, MBTS and TBBS either in the presence or absence of elemental sulphur
