CP-250A is a new style of organo clay rheological additive made from bentonite. It is used in solvent and resin systems covering low polarity to high polarity range.

Application

1. Paints including top grades paint, decorative paint, industrial paint.
2. Oil drilling mud.
3. Grease, especially recommended in greases based on synthetic oils such as vegetable oil and polyester oil etc.
4. Sealants and adhesive.

Using

It can be added directly in powder under high shear condition. Addition level is commonly 0.1%~1.0% (7%-10% in greases) of total formulation by weight. Polar activator is required to achieve better performance.
