GHJ Series Tricone Bits with Metal-Sealed Bearing

Effective in Very soft with low compressive strength formations, such as soft marl, clay, unconsolidated sandstorm, salt, etc. 

This bit with three jets adopt metal sealed journal bearing, lubricated with bearing grease, inserted with carbide teeth, locked by steel ball. The distance between inserts has been optimized. The tooth shape and height shall be designed according to formations. The bearing system adopts copper inlaid, and silver plated to increase the bearing's load-carrying capacity, reliability and ensures long bearing life. Better gage protection shall be gained with hardfaced shirttail and inserted cone back and leg with carbide teeth. These bits are widely used for oil & natural gas drilling and geological exploitation for its high drilling efficiency.
