Normally,hot galvanized will be carried out after end welding process . When the thickness of bearing bars is not less than 5mm,the weight of average zinc layer will not be less than 610g per square meter.When the thickness of bearing bars is less than 460g per square meter. The quality and requirements after hot galvanized are subject to the standards of GB/T 13912.

The range ph6 to ph12.5, a stable protective film will be formed on the zinc surface . It has good anti-corrosive property.

Normally packed in piling up ways with two pieces of square wood on both upper and bottom sides .There are four or six pieces of M10 long bolt penertrating the gratings and screwing together .It is suitable for loading and unloading by fork-lift and crane .
