GD-PCR (50%) is always diluted to 10% to 20% concentration for use. For 

        example, to make 1 ton of GD-PCR solution  (10%), please fully dilute 

        200kg of GD-PCR (50%) into 800kg of water.

        When making RMC-use admixture with GD-PCR, a certain amount of retarding 

        agent and air-entraining agent need to be  added in the GD-PCR solution 

        (10%). On special occasions when slump loss of concrete speeds up and 

        segregation appears after casting, it's necessary to add MNC-BS. Here's 

        the general formula to compound RMC-use admixture.

      GD-PCR solution (10%):      980kg

      Retarding Agent:              15-20kg

      Air-entraining Agent:        2kg

      The dosage of the RMC-use admixture is 2-2.5% by weight of cement.

Attention:mixing amount must be binding experimented based on raw material properties,concrete mirtune and climate.

1.this product can’t be mixed with Naphthalene series products, pail pack,blender need to be cleaned out before using .

2.We need to try matching to confirm the adaptability of cement Mixing dosage.

3.Using this product with exact metering,without less or mis-mixing ,it can be mixed into concrete with water, it’ll work more efficient.

4.If the intensity of concrete is above C40 Please use GNS-102 Pumping Agent of Poly-carboxylate Super-plasticizer.
