APPLICATION

SZV pump is mainly used to convey various slurry medium, such as dregs, ore pulp and so on.

PRODUCT FEATURES

    SZV is a vertical pump and is vertically installed in the pool or pit. The bearing parts are completely above the mounting plate. There are no wearing parts like plain bearing under the mounting plate. It's especially suitable for conveying slurry medium. The pump has long lifetime and the shafting is designed with high intensity and good rigidity which ensures the pump be able to run steadily in complicated and severe working condition. In order to widen the performance range of the pump, we change the pump performance through changing the speed, so the pump has many driving types like direction connection driving, reducer driving, belt driving and so on. The pump can work with the submersible depth needed at 1~2.5m. Different submersible depths corresponds different pump sizes. Viewed from driving side, the pump rotates clockwise.

MATERIAL

Material of the flow passage parts: Cast iron HT250, or nodular cast iron QT500-7 or QT450-18, or abrasion resistance white iron kmTBCr26, or cast steel ZG230-450, or stainless steel 304, 316, 904, etc.
