The device uses self-balance tubing casing liquid level structure and self change over throttle structure.

Compared to ordinary tubing anchor, it has following advantages: Cone doesn’t withstand axial force. As tubing is rotated during operation of oil well, cone can screw in the thread in inner pipe to achieve oil drainage and divide anchor.
