Application of rotary dryer:

1. The rotary dryer is widely used for drying the chalk slags, coal powder, slags, clay and other materials in the building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry.

2. In our company, this series applies the new type scatter plate device; it can guide direction, flow on average and scatter the material and so on.

3. And it can make the material in the thin, average and complete condition.

4. Contact the heat airflow completely and use the heat energy fully. Moreover, it adopts reasonable operational parameter, and compared with general drier, it reduce the coal and power consumption above 10-15%, and increase the output above10-15%.

5. At present, it is widely used in cement and mining industries.

Coal slime drying machine working principle:

Due to the slime has certain viscidity,the wet slurry has the following work areas during the drying process.

First is the feed area, wet slurry enters into this area and contacts with the high temperature hot air, the water in the wet slurry will be evaporated rapidly.The wet material will be raised by big lead angle plate,it haven’t formed bond state and will be send into the next workarea.

Second is the clean area, wet slurry will be raised by the plate and formed certain material status.When the material falls,it will be easy to form the phenomenon which material stick on the wall of cylinder.Because this area has cleaning device,it will clean the sticked on wall materials timely.During this prcoess,cleaning device also have the function to break the caking materials.Increased the heat-exchange area and improved the drying rate.

Third is the inclined lifting blade area, the wet material in this area is in low moisture and loose condition, the materials don’t have caking phenomenon.After heat exchange, the material achieved the required moisture state,and entered into te last discharging area.

The last is the discharge area, the cylinder dones’t have paltes here.Materials scrolled and glided to the dischage gate.Finished the whole drying process.

Technical advantage:  

1) It is suitable for drying raw materials that have large size and heavy specific gravity. For example: ore, slag of blast furnace, coal, metallic powder, phosphorus fertilizer, ammonium sulphate and so on.
2) It is suitable for powder, granule shape raw materials which have special requirements to drying. For example: GP vesicant, less, light calcium carbonate, active white earth, magnetic powder, graphite, medical slag and so on..
3)It is suitable for the material which need cooling, and need large quantity continuous operation.
4) If need high drying temperature should be noted when order.
5)Choose different methods of dust treatment such as cyclone separator, bag filter and washing tower according to the carbon content in tail gas.
