PCKW Reversible Crusher

PCKW Reversible Crusher is produced by a new reversible crusher, the crusher, the material shall not be greater than 150 MPa compressive strength, surface water is not more than 12%.

PCKW series crusher is a modern crusher which has a reversible roller and the non-blocking feature. It is available to deal with materials with facture strength less than 150MPa and humidity less than 12%. With no plates installed, the crusher can avoid being blocked by materials with high humidity.

Components:The crusher comprises the frame, the hammer, the roller, the fine plate, the adjusting device, the crushing chamber, the hydraulic coupling, etc.

Working Principle:The material will first meet with the hammerhead which is rotating at a high speed and then collide with the toothed plate to finish the primary crushing. Afterwards, the crushed material in uniform size comes into the crushing chamber for secondary crushing, obtains kinetic energy from the hammerhead again, and knocks on the saw-toothed liner in the impact chamber. After bouncing from the liner, the crushed material will be crushed by the hammerhead again. In the meantime, material knocks on material. Finished products can be obtained after several crushing and then be discharged.
