Cementing Plug
Puyang Zhongshi offers a complete range of conventional cementing plugs(wiper plug),including top cementing plug,bottom cementing plug,non-rotating cementing plug,PDC drilling cementing plug.The cement plug is used for reducing drill out time and then resulting in cost saving.The bottom cement plug separates cement from drilling mud and features a rubber diaphragm which is opened once the plug has landed and latched into the the anti-rotating float collar.The top cement plug used as follow plug to displace cement,lacthes  into the upper end of the bottom plug after latching these provide anti-rotational feature to eliminate rotation rotation during drilling and save drill out time.

Conventional Cementing Plugs
Regular cementing top & bottom plug are available in various size casing sizes with completely applicable inserts core which increasing the strength. These inserts core are applicable for the bottom hole-circulation with temperature exceeds 400°F. The regular cementing top & bottom plugs are designed to land and seal on floating equipment. This product is designed for easy drilling with tri-cone bit and PDC.

Non Rotating Cementing Plugs
Non-rotating cementing plugs are designed to minimize drilling time. Available in various sizes, this product is built with reinforced locking teeth which will lock plugs and the floating equipment together to eliminate rotation of the plugs. Non-rotating cementing plugs are designed with tri-cone bit or PDC drillable materials inserts core.
