TRUSS Introduction

Aluminum truss is usually made from international standard aluminum 6082-T6  after cutting,machining,welding,polishing,painting and so on.It is widely used in the shows,exhibition,celebration activities,background layout,hanging lights & sound.The truss system can be build in variety sizes (small,middle，large) depending on the size of place,and can be combined according to specific requirement flexibility.It’s lightly,easy to build and transport.The maximum distance can be stretched to more than 30meters.It’s compression and anticorrosion are very strong.According to the shape,it’s can be divided into triangle truss ,square truss and special shaped truss.It’s also can be divided into spigot truss and screw truss by installation way.

Way of Installation

Taking the project of 8M *8M*5M for example:

 

1.Putting the base (the base including wheels ,adjustable base)

2.Installing the 1M truss on the base,fixing them with pins and connectors.

3.Putting the sleeve block on the base around the 1M truss 

4.Connecting 2M & 3M truss (pillar) with pins & connectors 

5.Installing 4 sides of base and connecting the 8M truss (beam) on the sleeve block,4 sides are the same way.If have roof truss,connecting the roof truss well.

6.Connecting the truss (pillar) with top section fixing by pins.

7.Connecting the active connector with the 1m truss on the base by pins.

8.Then connecting the pillar (5M) with the active connectors,just connecting 2 side for every pillar.

9. After finished the last step,making the pillar stand up,then connecting the pillar with another 2 active connectors on the 1M truss by pins.

10.Putting the hand hoist on top section with the hook,and lifting the beam with hand hoist to the desire height.

11.Fixing the outrigger.
