High-frequency welding light steel h beam is using high frequency current to heat the surface of band steel, and consolidate the wing plate and the web plate. The whole line don't need any welding wire and flux, and can mass produce. 

Working flow: 

Open the coil -- cutting and welding -- looper -- twist -- flatting -- assembling --hf welding -- water-cooling -- straight -- cut to length -- packing
