Working Principle:
 

• The drive plate of this machine drive the vegetables to rotate in high speed, vegetables are cut into slices making use of centrifugal force with upright cutter and
• then cut into strips through disk diffusion knife. Next, the vegetables are transported to the cross cutter and cut into cube or cuboid as required
