A. Production line

Flow Chart: Flour Mixer---Extrusion---Drying---Flavoring---Packing

B. Cheese balls(Corn Ball), Cheese puffs(Corn Curls/Baked Cheese Curls/Pufuleti): 

Adopts corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour as raw material and is cooked under 

the high temperature and high pressure. At the same time, it is extruded and formed 

from the mould. Then cut by the sideward cutter with certain length continuously. 

After being Baked in the Dryer under the suitable temperature, then Sprayed oil and 

cheese powder or other seasoning on cheese puffs surface. At last, it is packed automatically 

with expected packaging.

C. Extruder Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h and 500kg/h.

D. Voltage: In China, Three Phases are 380V/50Hz, Single Phase is 220V/50Hz, 

our technician can adjust it according to your local area.

Packed by standard and strong Fumigation-free wooden case outside and plastic film inside, then shipped by container.

A. After service

a. We will dispatch one skill engineer to you there for Installation on time 

after the machines reach your factory;

b. Our Technician will provide the Recipe for Free;

c. They will also teach your staff how to Operate and Maintain the machine Correctly.

B. Guarantee Period

The Complete production line will be guaranteed for 1 year after installation.

6. FAQ

A. Finished time

The production line will be finished in 30-40 days after confirmation.

B. Payment Term

30% is paid by T/T as the down payment, 70% is paid by T/T or T/C before shipment.

C. Delivery Time

When the machines are finished, we will invite you to our factory for testing machine.
