PLC for controlling system makes the machine very stable and can save the information including the temperature information, speed information, spray flux information. 

The sprayer has driven by a stepper motor and rail/slider guiding rail. This makes sprayer moving stable, smooth and long life warranty.

Three forced air convection preheat zone control by PLC in PID model. The preheat zone will provide enough uniform heat for the PCB.

The drawer type blower and drawer type heater installation style, make the maintenance very convenient.

Solder pot is made by TI, 100% no problem for lead-free. We provide 5 years warranty for solder pot itself!!!

The Rail width can be adjusted automatically by the order from the computer 

External air chiller to attain the great cold –down as per lead-free required .(Optional)

The weekly Operating schedule is available to the operator to start or turn off the machine
